When you spray Bullet Liner on your truck or Jeep, you’re protecting your investment. Bullet Liner is the most durable product on the market and it’s been tested in the most extreme temperatures and harshest conditions. Bullet Liner has been applied on race and chase vehicles in the prestigious Baja 1000 and in subzero conditions only found in the Denali wilderness of Alaska. It doesn’t matter how you use your truck. Bullet Liner is always a great investment. It’s perfect for hauling tack for horses, lumber, tools and gear for a contracting job, off-roading in tough terrain or just because it gives your truck a cool look. Bullet Liner can help your truck ride quieter, it provides superior protection against stains from many harsh chemicals, rust and other corrosive damage and it prevents most dings and mitigates dents.

The Bullet Liner Difference

Bullet Liner's high tensile strength material provides a superior layer of protection our competitors cannot match. Using a high pressure system, to achieve this unique strength, distinguishes our product from our competition. Other spray-on bed liner companies use a low pressure system that produces a softer bed liner that often is more susceptible to material failure resulting in gouging or even tears.

Coverage

Bullet Liner Coverage

Our unique application method allows Bullet Liner to form a permanent bond that conforms to every contour of your truck bed. This bond creates a barrier from moisture, rust and corrosion for the lifetime of your vehicle. Bullet Liner is resistant to most chemicals making it a superior material for use in industrial applications.

Installation

We will apply a protective masking to ensure that your vehicle is protected from any bed liner overspray. Once that protection is installed, we proceed with the actual material spray coating:

  • The area to be installed is sanded thoroughly

  • An adhesive primer is applied

  • Only then is the actual spray bed liner installed

  • The masking is then removed

  • Although the product dries immediately, we recommend a 24 hour "curing" time

Bullet Liner FAQ’s

Question: How long will it take to get Bullet Liner installed in my truck?

Answer: Start to finish, expect the job to take a few hours from the time you bring it in. Thanks to our state-of-the-art heated spraying system, the bedliner material hardens within just 3-5 seconds of leaving the gun. Your truck will be dry by the time it leaves the shop, and you’ll be able to use it for light service the very same day. Keep in mind, however, that you’ll want to wait 24 hours after pickup before using your truck for heavy duty jobs.

Question: Will Bullet Liner repair/hide/seal any prior damage done to my vehicle or truck bed?

Answer: Yes. In most cases, an application of Bullet Liner will effectively mask any damage, scuffs and dents that your vehicle had at the time you brought it in, making it hard to tell where the damage was in the first place.

Question: Can I get Bullet Liner applied in a color that will match my truck?

Answer: Absolutely! We offer Bullet Liner application in a wide variety of colors to guarantee the most attractive result - just ask. You can view completed Bullet Liner jobs at our gallery.

Question: What kind of warranty comes with my new Bullet Liner?

Answer: All of our liners carry a lifetime warranty against warping, cracking, chipping, peeling or coming off the truck bed in any way. In the unlikely event any of these happen, bring your truck back and we will repair your bed liner free of charge.

Question: What can I have Bullet Liner applied to, other than my truck bed?

Answer: Bullet Liner can be applied to anything in need of a thick, tough, protective coating. Thanks to its advanced chemical formula, Bullet Liner adheres to concrete, foam, wood, fiberglass, steel, and a variety of other substrates. Have questions about something specific? Ask us.

Bullet Liner has been tested everywhere from the race and chase vehicles in the prestigious Baja 1000 to the sub-zero conditions found in the remote wilderness of Alaska.
